Out of the box the tracker sends a location update once every 15 seconds, this can be adjusted to variable times depending on your product. Depending on your selected service providers network coverage, the accuracy of the GPS Tracker may vary between accuracy within 1-15 meters.

In the Tracksolid Pro app, select your tracker and review the satellite icon to confirm the number of nearby 4G stations.

In Winnes GPS app, select the live tracking view and confirm the tracker is online, and take a short drive or walk to test the connectivity of the device.
